color: #000080;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 27pt;\">Unidad de Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica de la Procuradur\u00eda para la Defensa de los Derechos Humanos<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #000080; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Objetivo de la Unidad:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Sistematizar la informaci\u00f3n de toda la Instituci\u00f3n de la PDDH a trav\u00e9s de la recopilaci\u00f3n y actualizaci\u00f3n de datos referentes a la actuaci\u00f3n de las diferentes Unidades o Departamentos que conforman la Procuradur\u00eda para la Defensa de los Derechos Humanos, con el fin de hacer transparente la gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica de esta instituci\u00f3n, protegiendo los datos personales al momento de clasificar la informaci\u00f3n; as\u00ed mismo facilitar la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas al ciudadano.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #000080; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Funciones de la Unidad:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00a0Recabar y difundir la informaci\u00f3n oficiosa y propiciar que las entidades responsables las actualicen peri\u00f3dicamente.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00a0Recibir y dar tr\u00e1mite a las solicitudes de Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n y de\u00a0 datos personales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Auxiliar a los particulares en la elaboraci\u00f3n de solicitudes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Realizar los tr\u00e1mites internos necesarios para localizaci\u00f3n y entrega de la informaci\u00f3n solicitada.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Coordinar y supervisar las acciones de las dependencias o entidades con el objeto de proporcionar la informaci\u00f3n prevista en la Ley\u00a0 de Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Elaborar un programa para facilitar la obtenci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n oficiosa de la PDDH.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Elaborar y enviar al Instituto, de conformidad con los lineamientos que \u00e9ste expida, los datos necesarios para la elaboraci\u00f3n del informe anual a que se refiere el art\u00edculo 60 de la Ley de Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 27pt;
